This thing absolutey kicks ass. A 350 – 400bhp Susuki Hayabusa Turbo
engine, rear wheel drive Mk1 Golf Van. It belongs a bloke called Harvey
Rice who runs a firm in Saffron Walden, UK called HR Engineering. He
spends his days building mind bending Dax Rush kit cars that can out
pace Ferraris, Porsches, Bugattis… anything you care to mention. One
of the Dax Rush kit cars he’s recently screwed together is currently
the UKs fastest Ten of the Best all rounder

The Mk1 features carbon fibre doors, bonnet and tailgate and is easily
one of the scariest cars I’ve ever been out in.
It goes like an absolute rocket and has recorded a 12.4 sec 1/4 mile
with lots still to come as the boost from the Garret GT28RS turbo is
boosted up.
